Gala Concert 2026: Tickets On Sale Now!

The Gala Concert is back for 2026, and tickets are officially on sale! This special one-off seated event takes place at the Princess Pavilion on Friday 12th June, promising to be a spectacular start to the weekend.

This year, we are delighted to welcome four brilliant groups to the Gala stage:

Figurehead are a powerful all-female a cappella group from North Cornwall, celebrated across the festival circuit for their rich harmonies and deep love of songs with a traditional, nautical flavour.

Month’s Advance are Emily and Josh, a duo from the West Country who blend irreverent takes on maritime history with traditional songs of the sea. With fiddle, ukulele and double bass alongside Emily’s folk-inspired vocals and Josh’s distinctive shanty tenor, their sets are as entertaining as they are foot-tapping.

The Orkney Sea Shanty Society make the long journey south from the northernmost tip of Scotland, returning to Falmouth after a hugely popular debut performance in 2025. This 20-strong group bring a lively mix of Orcadian songs, traditional fiddle tunes, dances and classic shanty favourites, making for a truly unique evening of music from the far north.

The 85ers are a fully a cappella shanty group made up of active sea-going volunteer lifeboat crew from RNLI Portishead. Formed during lockdown in 2021 and named after their station’s Atlantic 85 lifeboat, they rose to national prominence when they were chosen to perform at the King’s Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle in 2023. Shanty singing with real salt in its veins.

This is a reserved seated event at the Princess Pavilion. Please refer to the seating plan to choose your preferred seat. Tickets are £15 and available HERE.

They will sell out quickly, so don’t miss out!
