Kaskelot, one of the largest wooden square riggers in the world, will visit the town during the Festival. Built in 1948, the three masted  barque will take part in the Falmouth Classics regatta which traditionally runs alongside the International Sea Shanty Festival.

In a bold move in partnership with Skinners Brewery and Seasalt, Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival has committed a substantial sum of money in order to provide 3000 reusable stackable pint beer cups.

This year’s Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival saw the biggest crowds yet with an estimated 50,000 visitors throughout the town during the weekend!

Will Keating, member of the popular Falmouth based singing group The Oggymen, has been busy producing and recording a very special EP to help celebrate Falmouth Lifeboats 150th anniversary year.
